Refund and Returns policy for Stealth Tiling Tools

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You must contact us before returning any item. Please email us at sales@stealthtilingtools.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
